Shamrock Shenanigans! Starting March 16, 2023

Warren County Wanderings

“If you’re lucky enough to be Irish, you’re lucky enough!” – Irish saying

We can’t attest to the Irish heritage of the individuals pictured above at Hackettstown's parade last weekend – our Board of County Commissioners with two other elected officials flanking the parade’s Grand Marshal – but they sure look as if they were having fun! And more fun is in store tomorrow and through the weekend with restaurants, breweries, wineries and activity centers offering “go leor de" (that’s supposed to mean “quite a lot of”) Irish fun and special menus!

In other news, Centenary Stage Company is proud to welcome back CeCe Teneal for one night only, showcasing “Divas of Soul.” Country Gate Players is firing up the stage with “Sylvia,” and North Warren Regional High School kicks off its spring musical with “Anastasia,” offering free entry to seniors.

Happy St. Paddy’s Day weekend, and Happy Wanderings!
