The Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee (PVTC) is a not-for-profit 501c(3) organization of volunteers dedicated to promoting the public interest, appreciation and conservation of the resources of Kittatinny Valley State Park (KVSP) with emphasis on its rail-trails.
