Warren County Wanderings

“The end of summer is not the end of the world. Here’s to October.” – A. A. Milne

Once again, A.A. Milne succinctly summarizes our attitude! While letting go of summer may be bittersweet, it’s time to pull those sweatshirts out of storage, get outdoors and enjoy all that the fall harvest season has to offer! We found this week’s cover photo, credited to Kristyn Wheeler, on Donaldson Farms’ Facebook page. Autumn activities are well underway, and we are working on updating our “Fall Farm Fun” guide, encapsulating the various hayrides, pumpkin/apple picking, fall decor, Halloween, etc. options in our area, so look for that next week to help you choose where to go.

Even if you’re not the outdoorsy type, there is still plenty to see, hear and do in this beautiful, bucolic county! There is simply too much happening to even scratch the surface in this opening, so please read on for more!

Happy October, happy decorating, and Happy Wanderings!
