We suspect the Winnie-the-Pooh author was referring to a small balloon Piglet could hold by a string, as opposed to a massive hot air balloon, but the sentiment is the same. This weekend's Warren County Hot Air Balloons, Fun & Games Festival presents an opportunity to be cheered!

Explore Warren is a proud sponsor of the event, so we're having a contest to give away a few admission passes. (We're making you work for it this time, but not too hard.)
