Warren County Wanderings

"Nobody can be uncheered with a balloon." - A. A. Milne

We suspect the Winnie-the-Pooh author was referring to a small balloon Piglet could hold by a string, as opposed to a massive hot air balloon, but the sentiment is the same. This weekend's Warren County Hot Air Balloons, Fun & Games Festival presents an opportunity to be cheered!

Explore Warren is a proud sponsor of the event, so we're having a contest to give away a few admission passes. (We're making you work for it this time, but not too hard.) Unscramble each of the following three words. NERDO, OTOLMIABINLOAN, LOGLEEC. Hint: each word appears in the event listing. Send an email with your answers to tourism@co.warren.nj.us with BRING ME CHEER in the subject line, and include your phone number in the message. Good luck!

Congratulations to Jay G. of Blairstown, winner of a gift certificate to Mackey's Orchard from our previous prize drawing at Belvidere Heritage Day.

We could go on forever, and believe us, we will, but for now, please read on and let the newsletter speak for itself! Happy Start of Fall and Happy Wanderings!
