Warren County Wanderings

Starting September 17, 2020

“All the months are crude experiments, out of which the perfect September is made.” — Virginia Woolf (English writer, 1882-1941)

We have to admit here at Explore Warren that we have an affinity for the ninth month - bright and clear days of tolerable warmth, cool, relaxing evenings, with something to do every weekend. The last of summer's bounty is still available but will be gone soon - get that sweet corn and those tomatoes while you can! - and apple-picking is underway, like at Longmeadow Farm in Hope, as seen in this photo by Cortney Torres. Find places for picking or just picking up at our Farms, Farm Markets and Pick-Your-Own page and read on to find your fun. Happy Wanderings!
