We have to admit here at Explore Warren that we have an affinity for the ninth month - bright and clear days of tolerable warmth, cool, relaxing evenings, with something to do every weekend. The last of summer's bounty is still available but will be gone soon - get that sweet corn and those tomatoes while you can! - and apple-picking is underway, like at Longmeadow Farm in Hope, as seen in this photo by Cortney Torres.
