There's a full moon tonight, and a full list of Halloween fun in this week's edition of Wanderings! Costume parties, Halloween trivia, a talk on gravestone art, the final performances of the hit show Dracula, Halloween parades - you'll be dancing the night away like these scarecrows at Donaldson Farms in the photo taken earlier this week.  And there's still time to visit the pumpkin patch and find that great pumpkin. Before Twilight and True Blood, only one vampire commanded “the children of the night.” In this blood-thirsty tale of unholy terror, Count Dracula slips into Victorian London with a cargo of his native Transylvanian soil - so he can rest between victims.

The maze is open Wednesday through Sunday each week, but on Fridays and on Halloween, children ages 4-12 wearing camo clothes get into the maze for free! The military-themed corn maze takes this year's design from the Purple Heart Medal.

When riding the Great Pumpkin Train, every child will be able to pick their own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. $18/adult; $12/child. Trips leave 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm and 3:30pm.

Saturday evenings between April and October 2018, the United Astronomy Clubs of New Jersey (UACNJ) Observatory, located in Jenny Jump State Forest in Hope, NJ will be open.

It’s that time again! Get your yoga on – and your wine/wine slushies! Let the stresses of your week melt away in our heated event facility, looking over one of our lush vineyards. The class will be beginner-friendly and open to all levels.

Attention Veterans! There is a therapeutic yoga class designed for you and your families to attend.This class will be a place where you can come to learn through experience, the benefits of a regular yoga practice including peace of mind, improved physical health and overall well-being.

Community Corner

This fundraiser luncheon will be held at Hawk Pointe Golf Club in Washington to support the club members' projects for the 2018-2019 season. It will be a plated luncheon with three entrée choices, plus salad and dessert.

The Heimat Quartet was founded during the fall of 2014 in Boston, MA. All avid chamber musicians, each player brings a wide array of experience and renewed energy to both the music and the group.
