It's the time of the year when we like to sit alongside a still pond or lake, or even a rushing river, and soak up those last warm rays as autumn continues its march toward winter. And then, we like to head to a farm stand, orchard or cider mill to enjoy a taste of bounty of this beautiful county. Centenary Stage Company’s Fringe Festival continues with A Tale of Two Cities, Cobbled Together by the Brothers Lovejoy. One epic. Two brothers. What could go wrong? Avery (Ezra Barnes) and Bunce Lovejoy (Michael Gabriel Goodfriend) are brothers who share a dilapidated home, and are obsessed with Charles Dickens’ classic story of love and loneliness, rags and riches, revenge and sacrifice set in the turmoil of the French Revolution. They reenact the novel, playing all the characters themselves and putting their own stamp on them. Tickets range from $22.50 to $27.50 for adults and can be purchased online or by calling the CSC box office at 908-979-0900.
