Indulge your inner artist at hands-on workshops, experience history with a house tour or a Halloween event, meet a former president or see a show - your choices are as varied as your imagination while you wander in Warren County this week! A warm welcome to all new Wanderers who visited us and signed up at Longmeadow Farm's recent Harvest Festival, and last weekend's Phillipsburg Pork Roll Palooza! Coming Up

Get lost in the whimsical world of fairy gardening! Offered twice; No registration required. $9 workshop fee includes gravel, soil & instruction. Plants & fairy gardening products sold separately. 

Meet local artist Shelley Bartlett and see her beautiful oil paintings. Light fare and mimosas will be served, and be sure to grab a free pumpkin on your way out!

Learn how to make a grapevine wreath and decorate with dried flowers.  You will take grapevines and learn how to twist, turn, wrap and secure them into a grapevine wreath shape.

An evening of fine wine, great people, food, music, and a silent auction! Admission includes a complimentary ticket to the Self-Guided House Tour the following day. 

All proceeds benefit the Pohatcong History & Heritage Society.

Family Harvest Weekends continue, with live music, their vino cafe menu, wine tasting, hayrides, corn maze, pumpkin/apple picking and fun for the whole family. Saturday's live music on the deck (12-5pm) will be performed by Henry Wieczorek, an Acoustic Soloist currently living in Flemington NJ.

The '50s, '60s and '70s music with classic country and more is the style that Janci and Berry bring to Brook Hollow Winery. Come enjoy free live music with family, friends, and delicious wines!

The village buildings will be open from 2-5pm for tours and traditional craft demonstrations like cider pressing, natural dyes, woodworking, a scavenger hunt and crafts including cornhusk and apple-head dolls.

17th annual fall harvest gathering with honored guest, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, an American statesman and political leader who served as our 32nd president. He won a record four presidential elections and emerged as a central figure in world events during his presidency.

This 7-acre, military-themed Corn Maze is open for the season through November 10, Wednesday through Sunday, 9am-6pm (Monday and Tuesday by appointment) and culminating with a free invitation-only event for veterans and their families on Veterans Day, November 11.

Philamente and her daughter Armande are rabid supporters of the new intellectual movement among women.  In her overzealousness, Philamente plays marriage matchmaker for her sweet younger daughter Henrietta.

In the month of October, every Delaware River Railroad Excursion train is The Great Pumpkin Train. When riding the Great Pumpkin Train, every child will be able to pick their own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. $18/adult; $12/child. Trips leave 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm and 3:30pm.

The Friends of the Warren County Library Headquarters will be presenting a Silent Auction of quality handcrafted hats, sweater, scarves, blankets and more.  Place a bid on that special holiday gift!  All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Library.

Learn some basics of sewing while you make some Christmas tree ornaments out of their naturally dyed fabrics. You can use a machine or hand sew. Decorate with beads and/or simple embroidery.

Students will slump, carve, extrude and coil clay creations of all kinds. Every class will be a new project.  You will learn the fundamentals of working with clay and creating food safe and decorative pieces.

There are plenty of reasons to can your own food and this class will go over how to do it. You will be making some apple pie filling for a gift, or for yourself to store for the winter.  We will show you how to decorate and turn it into a gift with some of our natural dyed fabrics.
