We hope you'll have some time to relax and be thankful this holiday weekend, which kicks off a jam-packed rush of events from now to New Year's. Thanksgiving eve is traditionally a big night to meet friends (there's lots of live music tonight) while the next fews days are the time many people start their preparations for the December holidays, with shopping on Black Friday and Small Business Saturday, where Warren County's downtowns are ready to welcome you to their stores. And it's also the start of the choose-and-cut Christmas Tree season, a great time to make family memories by visiting a farm to pick the perfect pine or the finest fir to decorate your home. Check out our list of tree farms here in the "Christmas Tree Belt" to plot your destination - many of them have handcrafted gifts, ornaments, wreaths and other decorations, and offer extras like hot cider and cookies.
