Warren County Wanderings

"I cannot endure to waste anything so precious as autumnal sunshine by staying in the house. So I have spent almost all the daylight hours in the open air." - Nathaniel Hawthorne, 10th October 1842

So far this season, we have been very fortunate in terms of the weather, and it looks like our luck will continue through Saturday at least. So get out there and soak in some sunshine and scenery while the getting is still good! But by all means, read on for plenty of indoor endeavors to choose from - especially if you happen to like Shakespeare and live music in small venues. And locals should keep an eye on our Community Corner section, particularly now with the holidays upon us.

Speaking of which, Thanksgiving is fast approaching! If you haven't made your dinner plans yet, why not consider dining out? Check out this list of suggestionsAnd if you're ordering pies, the time is now! Check with your favorite local bakery, or we suggest the following farms: Donaldson Farms, Mackey's Orchard, and Just Made Bakery at Tree-Licious Orchards.

Happy Wanderings!
