The forsythia has blossomed, flowers are flowering, blooms are blooming - Spring's long-awaited warm weather has finally arrived! And with it, some perennials are here once again, like the carnivals in Phillipsburg and Hackettstown, the celebration of Spring with a song fest, the run along - and for - the river, the resumption of the weekend Winery Train runs.
