Perhaps not the most inspirational quote we've ever used for an opening, but it has been pretty hot out there. The mallard ducks in the photo above, taken by Charlie Fineran in the Peter's Valley area of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, seem to be coping quite well.
Regardless of the weather, we are pleased to report that the ExploreWarren events calendar is starting to fill up again after a four-month, COVID-induced drought! We continue to be amazed and inspired by the creative ways in which our local businesses have adapted to meet the challenges that this - shall we say unique? - spring and summer have presented. The Hackettstown Business Improvement District (BID) is bringing back Late Night Thursdays each week, July 9-September 24. Businesses will be encouraged to stay open until 8pm so that visitors can stroll through town, have a bite to eat, and do some shopping.
