And so here we are, on the verge of the Christmas holiday, three nights into Hanukkah, and just a week left before we roar in the '20s. It's a little quieter when it comes to events but there are some in store, plus we look ahead with a few New Year's Eve ideas in this, our final edition of the year. Be sure to check the calendar on the Explore Warren website for things to do. Join us for our first day hike, this year including new and old sections of the Warren Highlands Trail around Phillipsburg NJ and a bit east! The new section features the amazing Ragged Ridge, as well as other areas to the north and west of there.
The PVTC, a Friends Organization of the Kittatinny Valley State Park, will host a 4-5 mile hike along the Paulinskill Valley Trail. The trail is cinder-based which provides easy, level walking. Meeting at Footbridge Park in Blairstown.
