Warren County Wanderings

Starting December 18, 2019

"The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear." - Buddy the Elf (Will Ferrell) in the movie "Elf"

We hope you're singing Christmas tunes this week, and Hanukkah ones, too as that holiday begins this weekend. It's Ugly Sweater Party season, so dig in your closet for that hideous holiday sweater you've been hiding for the past year, and head to one of the parties on this weekend's dance card. It's also your last chance make some memories here in New Jersey's Christmas Tree Belt by choosing and cutting a fresh Christmas tree, like the folks in this photo from Bob Halberstadt. Find the list of farms at this link! And if you need a last minute gift idea, how about a gift certificate from one of the performance spaces, like Centenary Stage Company, Rutherfurd Hall, Country Gate Players or Roy's Hall? Or a bottle of wine from one of the wineries here? Happy shopping, and Happy Wanderings!

Coming Up
