Warren County Wanderings

Starting August 21, 2019

"Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul." -  Luther Burbank (1849-1926), American botanist, horticulturist and pioneer in agricultural science.

Flowers, fruits and other farm produce is at its peak right now! This week's photo was lifted from Warren County Farmers' Market's Facebook page and you'll find farmstands and pick your own farms here. When you read on, you'll find a farm-to-table dinner, a workshop on preserving your harvest, a three-day tribute to those flower-power Woodstock days (yeah, we're working that flower theme today) and lots more! So take advantage of summer's bounty, and Happy Wanderings!
