August has a sweetness of its own, from sweet corn to sweet peaches to sweet warm days giving way to slightly cooler nights. And let's not forget raspberries! They're in season now and can be found at farmstands in Warren County, and on the vine at pick-your-own places, like Longmeadow Farm in Hope. That's where today's photo of a box of berries, taken by Cortney Torres, came from, and you can head there to pick a pint or more for yourself!
