Tiptons will be rockin' in February!
These classes will include gentle movement to warm the body, a variety of postures for strengthening muscles and creating improved flexibility, breath awareness practice for quieting the mind and increasing energy, and deep relaxation.

The Phillipsburg Farmers Market has moved indoors for the winter, open on Sundays November - April, “snow or shine.” Customers can continue to buy their favorite fresh and local foods while supporting community vendors.
