Four Sisters kicks off May with live music every weekend.
Are you ready for a smashing good time? The event begins with a formal wine tasting followed by a mouth-watering Chicken Parmesan dinner served with roasted vegetables, salad, bread and dessert. Dessert is introduced and paired with a dessert wines.
The 34th Raritan River Music Festival, winner of the National Award for Adventurous Programming from ASCAP/Chamber Music America, will present a series of four concerts throughout the month of May. These concerts will be live in-person and streaming online.
UACNJ provides free public programs at the astronomy club in Jenny Jump State Forest from April through October on Saturday evenings. The live presentation is followed by stargazing on the telescopes until 10:30 PM, weather permitting.

Stop by First Presbyterian Church to take a look back in time before Hackettstown was established and pay tribute to the veterans laid to rest in the cemetery. Doors open at 8am.
Looking for a chance to get off the couch and do some cycling with a local group? Want to reward yourself with craft beer after your ride? Head out to Buttzville every other Sunday through October 29. Arrive by 9:30am and rides leave at 10am sharp.
Opening May 7 is Hackettstown own farmers' market! Every Sunday until Oct. 29 from 9:30am - 1pm, vendors include local farmers like Kimballs, cottage food makers, artisans, craftsman, bakers like Coots Kitchen, and bread makers Down to Earth Breads, Jersey Pickels and RuxiTirisi Designs.

Hosted by American Legion Post 164, the 155th Annual Memorial Day Parade and Observance returns. The parade steps off at the corner of Grand Ave and Main St. and proceeds down Route 46 to Mountain Avenue, concluding with a service at Union Cemetery.
All are welcome to attend this free rain or shine event. Pets are welcome on a leash.
