FINAL WEEKEND! A family event that offers children and their grownups the opportunity to ride with classic storybook friend Thomas the Tank Engine. Parents, grandparents and siblings join their aspiring engineers in the fun. The Day Out With Thomas experience will engineer miles of smiles for the whole family and introduce a new generation to the timeless excitement of railroading.

The Blairstown Farmers' Market is now in its 11th season and accepts SNAP! The Market, located on Route 521 across from the Blairstown Elementary School next to the Agway, will run every Saturday from 10am-1pm through October 27th and features a variety of local farmers, artisans, speakers,
John "Giovanni" Padovano, an independent recording artist, performs solo concerts year round. He was born in the Ironbound Section of Newark, NJ and then moved to the shore area where he recorded and released 18 independent folk albums.

Enjoy this ensemble of piano, bass, drums and alto saxophone playing the Great American Songbook in the Classic Jazz style for the first concert of the Summer Music at the Barn series. Gates open at 5pm and music will start at 6pm. Bring a picnic and beverage of your choice.

Saturday evenings between April and October 2018, the United Astronomy Clubs of New Jersey (UACNJ) Observatory, located in Jenny Jump State Forest in Hope, NJ will be open.
Bring your chairs, blankets, coolers and enjoy music, awesome food vendors and an amazing Fireworks display. This is a free event. Free buses will shuttle you from select locations until grounds reach capacity. Fireworks will go off approximately 9pm-9:30pm.
