In the month of October, every Delaware River Railroad Excursion train is The Great Pumpkin Train. Every child gets to pick their own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. $18/adult; $12/child. Trips leave 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm and 3:30pm.

The previously advertised costume party was canceled, but they are still going forward with FREE wine tasting for all who appear in costume and we will be doing drawings at the end of the day for special prizes for those who come to the winery in costume.
Hackettstown Main Street Halloween Parade & Trick or Treating at the downtown businesses. At 2:30, line up at Centenary University (400 Jefferson Street – corner of Jefferson & Church). Parade starts at 3, goes down Church Street, to Main Street, and ends at the Main Street Gazebo.
