Millbrook Seeps Preserve
Plans for a hiking trail are in progress. The parking area is located at 14 Millbrook Stillwater Road, Hardwick.
This preserve is named after the many forest seeps found throughout the landscape. A forest seep occurs where groundwater breaks through a low area and discharges into a hardwood forest. This forest seep habitat supports a diverse array of flora and fauna with several species of amphibians including Spotted and Jefferson salamanders.
