Strawberry Autumn Salad with a raspberry vinaigrette (greens, crumbled bleu cheese, crazins, and candied walnuts)
The Entrees:
1. Smoked salmon and cream cheese cucumber slices, sprinkled with smoked paprika
2. Grilled pineapple and sausage bites with a sweet chili sauce
3. Swedish meatballs with the select homemade dipping sauces: sweet and spicy grape, sweet and sour soy sauce with pineapple, and creamy onion soup and mushroom gravy
The Dessert:
Plain cheesecake with a graham cracker crust, drizzled with our CranRaspberry Wine reduction
