Sherri Cirignano and Lynn Waclawski from the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Warren County will be discussiong several of the most popular methods of preserving various fresh foods that can be enjoyed for many months. Tickets are $20 per person which includes lunch. There will be door prizes.
