In this interactive, outdoor River Talk, Brian Butler will discuss and demonstrate ways you can begin the interesting and fun hobby of birding by covering topics such as optics, field guides, local places to bird, and birding organizations. He will also be displaying and sharing photographs he has taken in the Musconetcong River Watershed. There may even be an opportunity to look and listen for birds around some of the Hawk Pointe grounds!

The Musconetcong Watershed Association leads hiking and paddling trips and hosts River Talks on a wide variety of topics. We have a 4 Mile Run/Walk for the River the first Sunday in May and a Wine Tasting Event along the River the first Saturday in October.
