Hometown Halloween in Washington Borough

Get dressed up and into the Spirit of Halloween! Presented by Washington Business Improvement District, Hometown Halloween is family fun for kids of all ages featuring a kids costume contest and a pet costume contest. Dove Environmental will conduct a program, DJ Mitch Hess will be spinning some Halloween tunes, and there will be Trick or Treating at participating downtown merchants.
