Fromage will be teaching a charcuterie class just in time for the Super Bowl parties. Included in the class will be a bakery box to contain your to-go charcuterie board, an assortment of artisanal cheeses and meats, fresh and dried fruit, crackers, honey, candies/sweets, knife and cutting board (workshop only) and a take-home list of everything used to recreate at home.
