Take this sensory class to learn tasting terminology, flavor identification, palate development, and to gain a better understanding of the science (and art) of brewing with Buttzville Brewing owners Dave and Erin. As beer judges trained and registered with BJCP, Dave and Erin will go over flavor, mouthfeel, aroma, and appearance as important categories for fully experiencing a beer.
