Get dressed up and join in on the fun at the Hackettstown Main Street Halloween Parade & Trick or Treating at the downtown businesses. At 2:30pm, line up at Centenary University (400 Jefferson Street – corner of Jefferson & Church). Parade starts at 3, goes down Church Street, to Main Street, and ends at the Main Street Gazebo.
